This PR enables the Home Assistant service on the classic-laddie host.
It includes a basic configuration to get the service up and running, with the firewall opened for the default port (8123).
Note: The build was not fully tested locally due to a timeout, but the configuration is syntactically correct. Further testing will be performed by the CI/CD pipeline.
