This PR proposes to use the average of error surfaces to calculate the final estimates of dt and phi from individual split measurements. This is version 0.2.1. To do:

  • Calculate error estimates from the mean of error surfaces
  • Fix Emat roll using dphi in error calculation
  • Clean up the verbosity and saved output
  • Edit the documentation accordingly
