Add condition field to SendRequest interface and update to v2.7.0

• Added optional condition field to SendRequest interface for enhanced request handling and workflow control

Version Update

• Bumped version from 2.6.0 to 2.7.0 in both package.json and notificationapi.ts

Modified Files

• src/interfaces.ts - Added condition?: string; field to SendRequest interface
• package.json - Updated version to 2.7.0
• src/notificationapi.ts - Updated VERSION constant to 2.7.0

Testing
