Only supported for python >= 3.8
this is especially required when the switch has to actually apply changes (e.g. toggling between changing pvid with ./smrt.py ... pvid --vlan 4 --vlan_pvid 3,4 then --vlan 1)

This project seems unmaintained but is very interesting for v1 switches when using with Linux. This is a major rewrite to support new switches (v4) and factorize code.
