Description
Re-writing this fixture type to be compatible with some private changes I'm making on the Polymath side.
Bonus: includes some helpful error messaging.
Next up: caching improvements for nexus.
Test Plan
No automated test plan currently. Might create an actual fixture that talks to our internal instance.
