Improved CLI and tasks

In this pull request:

• Improved command line interface: added arguments -v, --version, -h, --help, and some other improvements.
• Renamed default build script for the command line interface from buildify.js to build.js to prevent name conflicts with the executable on Windows.
• Renamed task property task to run for more clarity.
