Implemented Sign in with a Github account

Assumptions:

I had to create a vhost on my local machine called: cfpmanager.com in order to use it as the callback url for the github api.

The url to sign in is as follows (in my local):
http://cfpmanager.com/user/socialsignin/github (you could pass here any other provider if required, but at this moment only github is enabled -- That is settable in the App\Config\social.php file.)

Callback url is set as follows: http://cfpmanager.com/user/socialendpoint?hauth.done=Github

you'll need to create an app at github's developers site.
