make bc -> builds exicutable to run betweenness centrality separately
make -> to build both cc and bc at once

use the following to run the exicutable separately
./bc input_file output_file

input_file formate :
1st line with number of vertices(n) and edges(m)
next m lines with 2 space seperated numbers representing each edge
integer representing number of batch updates(k) followed by k updates 
each batch update contains number of edges added(t) in followed by t edges


there are some bugs in implimentation
