Reverting fixes in-game / commands And update example extension from cobalt version 1.7.4 to 1.7.6
deleting commands.json fixes the issue as well oops

I wanted to be able to change the not whitelisted kick message easier, so I added it to the config myself.
Also updates the example extension version.
IDK if there's a better way to do this, also first pull request to anything that isn't mine, so feel free to ask questions or tell me things I guess.
