I encountered a comment specifying a Glitch City Forums URL that no longer works, so I've replaced it with a Wayback Machine link.
The page is available in the Glitch City Forums archive, but the archives are effectively unstyled (so a lot of the formatting is lost) and it isn't possible to link to a specific post (only a page), so I think the Wayback Machine link is better.
After discovering this issue, I checked other URLs in the codebase, and found that a link to TCRF no longer worked due to the section being renamed. Whether it's a good idea to continue linking to TCRF in that context I'm not sure, but I've repaired the section link regardless.
