Warning

This is a base branch. It should be reviewed by itself, but rather serve as a target for other smaller ones related to this feature.

Description

🎨 Design

Introduce a Library Slices tab inside the Reuse existing slices dialog for importing slices from a GitHub repository. The repositories come from the GitHub integration.
