The aws-sdk-go v1 has reached end-of-support. This migrates pkg/provider/eks/eks.go to aws-sdk-go-v2 and upgrades aws-iam-authenticator from v0.6.27 to v0.7.11. Signed-off-by: Matthias Loibl <mail@matthiasloibl.com>
