* This adds support to new accelerators, namely Neureka and Softex. These, and Redmule, use a fault-tolerant HCI interconnect * Reparametrize the number of pulp cluster cores to 8 (adapt pulp-runtime and regression_tests accordingly) * Cleanup some parameterization in top-level carfield * Rename Cheshire Cfg from `Cfg` to `CheshireCfg`
