Summary

Add a GitHub Actions workflow to run the test suite and generate/collect coverage reports.

Changes

  • Introduces CI automation for running tests on GitHub Actions
  • Adds coverage reporting as part of the workflow execution
  • Includes a checklist to verify runtime version, install/test commands, and branch triggers match the project setup
