Cli tools, telegram bots, minimalistic html pages

Released programs:

Quarkn - cli tool for scheduling reminds, or executing commands with timer (ex. scheluding timer for 20 minutes that will execute "firefox github.com" and send you "break finished, update your code!" notification)

Quarks - cli tool for real-time generating and sound-outputting white noise depended on user actions (ex. increasing noise volume when user moves a mouse)
