Organization and Workflow

This package is maintained by using the remake package. Using the diagram function on trawlData's remake.yml, we can visualize the flow of information through the package and the various dependencies.

This remake file is still a work in progress: it doesn't reproduce everything, but it does a pretty good job of recreating data sets when the relevant scripts or data files change.
