add the parameter filterToPlayers to items affected by a filter; include these objects as normal features and also as a list embedded within the master filter properties, simply for reference, as only the non-nested feature is parsed

Updated images from game version 1.9.07b, for Monk, Survivor, and Hunter. Additional modifications will be added in later pull requests.
