Add support for inversion control

We had a talk about support of inversion control some time ago. Now I would like to have it officially.

• Multiple Containers are supported using ValidationContext
• ValidationCatalog uses the Root Container
• Specific Exceptions so that the consumer can handle them more specific
• Updated all packages
• If the Validation is used in a generic way to validate commands/model if there are specifications or not, the exception behavior should be controlled by settings. It may happen that there are no specifications and in this case an exception should not be raised. Default behavior is to raise the exceptions.

There are no breaking changes. If somebody does not use the inversion control all stuff still works properly. Hope you have time to merge it and to create a new nuget package in the next few days.
