The sparql library changed its name to tinysparql (https://blogs.gnome.org/carlosg/2024/07/14/goodbye-tracker-hello-tinysparql-and-localsearch/). The current beta version of Ubuntu 25.04 (Plucky) by default uses tinysparql.
This PR changes the dependency to the new name.
