Took a quick stab at adding a "How to Verify Your Download" page. I got the idea to do this partially from a similar page on the KeePassXC website, and from this comment by @special.
I'm pretty new to PGP/GPG, so please please read over the added page for any security-based errors. For example, is there a benefit to instructing users to importing @special's public PGP key first that I've overlooked? I also may have gotten some of the terminology wrong?
I installed Hugo and ran the server to preview the page-- looks pretty good, though I made have overused the
codetag.Obviously could benefit from the addition of a "Windows" section!
