PressureGUI

A Dash-based Data-cleaning GUI built in the Abbott Lab at BYU by Ethan McQuhae, Robert Sainsbury, and Josh Christensen

Installation

Download mamba-forge or another forge based conda distribution
Install the packages from environment.yml
Ensure that you have a copy of the database and that it's path matches the db_name variable in app.py
Run with python app.py

After initializing the graph with a site, use the box or lasso select to select points
Click the appropriate button to apply the transformation
Download data as csv
