Fix for the bug when m_apache causes apache to go into an infinite loop.
To reproduce the bug, open an EWD page running on m_apache and then kill off the Mumps processes. httpd will shoot up to 100% CPU usage.
I modified mgwsi_db_receive_ex to detect if a connection is broken.
I also compiled m_apache22.so for 64 bit on a Centos 6 machine using axps. I included that file. I don't have a 32 bit version yet.
