Feature: Add Library Options

Add a context menu with options "Update Library" and "Search All Missing" to MovieView and SeriesView. Closes #141

Hi @tillkruss, sure, here's a recording of the MoviesView and my Radarr instance in the background showing what tasks are being been queued:

I dislike the ... menu a lot, that's why I've been avoiding this feature for a while.

1. Can you explain when you use those two actions? (It's not an often requested feature.)
2. I see Update All in Sonarr, but not the search all missing, where do I find that in Sonarr?

As I was looking for the option to delete season files I found issue 464 (Delete files for season) and figured I'd give it a go. After that, since I already had the project running locally, I figured I'd have a look for other open issues and found issue #141 about adding "Update Library" and "Search All Missing". That's all :)

1. Rarely.
2. The option in Sonarr is on the Wanted pages (/wanted/missing and /wanted/cutoffunmet), it's labeled "Search All".

As for the fact these options aren't often used and therefore I agree adding them to the main views of the app doesn't make sense, I'm proposing to close this PR.

If you have a good idea of hiding these options in an intuitive but more hidden location, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I see, thanks for the explanation. I think when we redesign for iOS 26 there will be space next to the bottom search bar to add the ... with library actions.

I'll leave this PR open and merge it when we switch to the new design in a couple of months.
