New Process for Print and Design Services

" Dear Colleagues,

As a reminder, starting today, October 2, NYU Langone Health's printing and design services, previously managed through the Print Shop, will be transitioning to two external partners:

• Print Services: Print jobs will be processed by Staples and shipped to individuals, with a pickup option available through the One Park mail room.
• Design Services: Enhanced design services will be available through Applied Design Works and managed by the Communications, Marketing, Government, and Community Affairs team. Applied will provide full-service design for both digital and print projects, including but not limited to postcards, presentations, invitations, newsletters, posters, and signage.

New Request Process

To initiate a new request, fill out and submit the project request form. A project manager will be in touch within one business day to confirm receipt, request any additional necessary information, and provide an estimated project completion timeline.

Lead times will vary due to variability in design and print complexity. Submitting final copy with your request form will help keep the project on track. Plan ahead.

Design Capabilities and Brand Review

An expanded design team will be available for all design and print projects, including assets that do not require printing, such as digital signs and invitations. All projects will undergo review to ensure proper use of NYU Langone Health's visual and verbal identity. There will be no fees billed for design work, printing, or shipping.

Stationery and Business Cards

The current printed stationery and business card ordering and payment process will remain in place. Please visit PeopleSoft to place an order.

We have taken several steps to ensure there is no business interruption. We are confident that this new process will be seamless and will strengthen our brand presence. Thank you for your support during this transition.
