- 移除 "現在/過去" 雙向 mapping, 讓 state 中的欄位不再同時有 "現在/過去" 兩種狀態
- 讓 refine 區段 parse 出來的結果也能被前端查詢 (如 hover)
- query 變快, onDidChange 雖變慢但實測可接受
