LinguaSwitch

LinguaSwitch is a Chrome browser extension designed to automatically switch the language from Vietnamese to English in the Facebook chat box quickly and conveniently.

Purpose

The main purpose of LinguaSwitch is to facilitate communication between users who prefer different languages in Facebook chat. By automatically converting Vietnamese text into English, it helps users overcome language barriers and enables smooth and efficient communication.

Installation Guide

To install LinguaSwitch, follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that you have the Google Chrome browser installed on your computer.
2. Clone the LinguaSwitch repository to your local machine using the following command:

    git clone https://github.com/scriptkid23/LinguaSwitch.git

3. Navigate to the cloned repository's directory.
4. Build the extension using the following command:

    yarn build

5. Open the Chrome browser and go to the extension management page by entering chrome://extensions in the address bar.
6. Enable the "Developer mode" option located in the top right corner of the extensions page.
7. Click on the "Load unpacked" button and select the folder where you cloned the LinguaSwitch repository.
8. Once the extension is loaded, you should see the LinguaSwitch icon added to your browser toolbar.
9. LinguaSwitch is now successfully installed and ready to use.

Usage

To use LinguaSwitch in the Facebook chat box, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account and open the chat box.
2. Type your messages in Vietnamese.
3. LinguaSwitch will automatically detect the Vietnamese text and convert it to English in real-time.
4. The converted English text will be displayed in the chat box, allowing the recipient to read and understand the message in English.

Please note that LinguaSwitch works specifically within the Facebook chat box and is designed to convert Vietnamese text to English. It may not be compatible with other chat platforms or support other language conversions.
