New icon/logo that's my own crappy stick figure drawing so I'm not using some image I found online. I think this is more charming even if it is a worse logo.

Worked on (mostly by hand because I wanted to learn a little) creating a settings page and using backup/restore from that page. I've renamed it to ReachOut. I figure this warrants a v2.0 release.

Version 1 release. Basic functionality is there, including saving to AsyncStorage and also backup and restore files. Nothing has failed spectacularly so I'm good to call this one stable.
