Editioning

An edition may have the same title and authors as the root_id (original) publication, but probably different components, different ISBNs for each format, different pagination, different dates/print schedules, and is a physically separate entity.

• Has a root_id that reflects the id of the original, parent publication
• All details start from scratch except authors and title/subtitle, which can both be changed
