Adds support for setting the required options to enable FullStory Relay

Segment supports a traffic proxy, and this would add support to allow for proxying the assets from FullStory through Segment instead of requiring manual FullStory SDK integration.
Is there parity with the server-side/android/iOS integration components (if applicable)?
Does this require a new integration setting? If so, please explain how the new setting works
The 2 settings added use the original defaults so no additional configuration is necessary.
