How to create a boundray to filter non-tissue region?

I found a options "--boundary" in make_dge. I known it was a geojson file to input, but how to touch it? Can it filter the non-tissue region in plot_full image? Hope the tutorial to create tissue boundray add into the documents : )

Yes, boundary input is meant for filtering non-tissue region. You can create one using software like QGIS (or PS, or any image analysis tool) after loading a plot of the data. If you have run the analysis the easiest way may be to load the output image and draw your boundary on it so the coordinates would align.
