Regarding the Stereo-seq issue

In the input format example, the author has already used Stereo-seq data, but there is no example in Stereo-seq format ready. I'm not quite sure how to prepare the input format and I hope to find relevant examples. Additionally, the new version mentions more effective tools. Is Stereo-seq available for use now, or how long will it take before we can use it?

We do not provide separate script for Stereo-seq, but you can easily transform Stere-seq's 'bin1' data into the .tsv format. Please make sure to convert X Y coordinates into micrometer scale based on the platform's resolution.

Hi @drdoufeiyue-ctrl . I just want to add to what Hyun said, if you would like to try the new version, in the first step you can add a parameter --scale to specify the scaling factor to micron: the original coordinates times that provided factor should be in micron scale. You just need to provide a file that contains X, Y, gene names, and counts, let me know if you have any trouble.
