Per https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-base/issues/520 and https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/issues/4212 the underlying issue with OGG playback was fixed many years ago. Fixes #484.
