12345 was hard-coded, but that's a bit annoying: this allows adding `:8888` (or whatever you want) to control the mapped remote port.
clang/llvm-17 are no longer available in Debian sid. This bumps them to 20, because 21 apparently changed their C++ frontend and breaks fmt before v11, and fmt 11 breaks all sorts of things on its own and so isn't packaged in sid yet.
