feat: ui updates, mdn parsing data hidden but roughed in

• Update design (for notes and support text colors/gradients)
  • Fix no support graphic + text colors
  • Fix tags underline not showing up
  • Add a tag listener to not allow for onDrag so dragging works even on links
  • Add additional ways to select browsers from table and filter specs from table
• Show partial / no support color bullets in front of each feature
• Parse mdn data (more todos on this one I'm sure)
  • Allow user to filter experimental features
  • Get basic text for each feature... do I need to scrape for this data?
  • Get standards track more specific level
  • Should we include any non-standard features for MDN?
  • Merge similar features ie Fullscreen CSS + API ect
  • Add more images

This branch is going to change to be quality of life UI updates and MDN code parsing added but hidden from the UI. Will focus only on getting MDN data correct in a follow-up branch / PR.
