some bugs fixed

I have clone your code and Im using pytorch 1.82 (Im currently using windows and virtualenv and not anaconda) but I encountered two errors:

1. There was a problem related to tensor type (line 195) which was expenting a Long and was receiving and Int
2. I was getting this error:

`RuntimeError:
An attempt has been made to start a new process before the
current process has finished its bootstrapping phase.

    This probably means that you are not using fork to start your
    child processes and you have forgotten to use the proper idiom
    in the main module:

        if __name__ == '__main__':
            freeze_support()
            ...

    The "freeze_support()" line can be omitted if the program
    is not going to be frozen to produce an executable.`

And actually the train.py was tried to being reload like every epoch so I added "if name == 'main':" in line 60.
