This pull request proposes to implement an Object Oriented interface to the Command and Scheduler slash commands.
The Slash interface to Commands makes use of a global parameter queue, which doesn't make much sense in Python.
Using classes seems, to me, like a more natural solution, but it deviates farther from CSH.
I am particularly interested in the opinion of @fadeto404, who expressed his desire to see a proper scheduler and commands interface in PyCSH.
