Хорошо было бы добавить к каждому шагу больше конкретики.
Долго- это сколько?- Что было основной причиной?
- Как нашли причину?
- Как устранили?
- Как изменилась метрика?

А зачем проверка if ie_counter == 0?

я думал, что так можно сократить лишнюю проверку #match?
