Many newer Go users don't set up their environments with GOPATH and instead rely on the module system to resolve dependencies. This patch adds module support, and updates the usage of fsm to pass the context.Context parameter as required by the current release. Additionally, the README has been updated to reflect installing the binary with the module system (`go install` vs `go get`), and dead Bintray links have been pruned.
