This allows users to save and load designs they make locally.
@ryaholm has written a bit that will fix some of the problems we had with dragging soon. Which you should be able to accept.
We will need to save and load files to and from the server, as students rarely have the same computers multiple days in a row and / or need to do work at home. So we're going to need to diverge or at least use our server (CSRF token limited).
