About prolocker static website
The `jekyll' command exists in Ruby 2.2.2. To switch to this ruby verion using rbenv:
rbenv global 2.2.2
Install the bundler:
$ gem install bundler
Start the Jekyll server:
$ bundle exec jekyll serve
studio-cartogram/prolocker-about
