Ok. Could we agree on some kind of process then? I'm not a great fan
of spending time on an icon (cf "No icon, no commit" rule cited in the
past) only to have it rejected.

Maybe we could:

1. Accept commits without icons (or with crappy ones)
2. Create bugs in Trac to request icons for them
3. Advertise for people to make icons, perhaps on talk@, etc.

Btw, I do have to point out we have several features with a plain green icon...
