Download & Installation
Open Tablacus Explorer web page, then click "Download".
Click "Save".
Click "Open folder".
Right click "te??????.zip", then click "Extract All.".
Input destination folder, then click "Extract".
Execute "TE64" or "TE32".
It's complete.
If this is displayed, execute "TE32".
If this is displayed, click "More info", then "Run anyway".
