Refactor document version download logic in DocumentVersionController class. 3. Optimized sql queries in repositories. 4. Add utility ResponseFactory class for convenient responses in controller methods. 5. Add ContentDispositionUtil class to handle file download compatibility, depending on specific browsers. 6. Add BaseNotFoundException class, DocumentVersionNotFoundException class, put handling logic in GlobalExceptionHandler. 7. Move document version DTO's to another directories. 8. Add extra log messages with info, debug levels to service, controller layers.
