feat(CharacterHandler.cs): create CharacterHandler to handle character creation, login, and deletion
feat(LoginHandler.cs): add database and world manager services to LoginHandler for character management
feat(Program.cs): replace CharacterCreationHandler with CharacterHandler in service registration
feat(NetworkService.cs): register CharacterLogin and CharacterDelete packets in NetworkService
feat(CharacterEntity.cs): create CharacterEntity class to represent character data in the database
feat(CharacterLogin.cs): implement CharacterLogin packet for character login functionality
feat(CharacterDelete.cs): implement CharacterDelete packet for character deletion functionality
feat(WorldManagerService.cs): add methods to load and save world data, handle entity removal
