This repository contains code and scripts to accompany an article in PLOS Computational Biology "SPF: A Spatial and Functional Data Analytic Approach to cell Imaging data".
The file ref_functions.R contains all user-defined functions supporting the method introduced in the paper.
The script TNBC_afcm.Rmd can be used to reproduce the data analysis of the publicly available dataset "Triple Negative Breast Cancer" in Section 3.2 of the paper. The dataset is available at https://www.angelolab.com/mibi-data.
