Shakapacker v8.4.0 secretly updated the
convertmethod (shakacode/shakapacker@v8.3.0...v8.4.0#diff-ff25757c5cc08e63bdc26e95a080ba0d641eb98589595750ddda3cdb77745e3eR111) which breaks rails 7's javascript_pack_tag.Upgrading further (that is, removing shakapacker entirely in favor of the new system) will require rails 8.
