Hey @VonAlphaBisZulu, checkout this package: https://github.com/Melclic/BioPathOpt I had some problems with this project and ended up rewriting a lot of it. Needs some love from the community to make sure it works well, but from the first pass it looks ok. I didn't end up using the enzymatic pool concept you implemented, but would love to learn more |

I also removed all files that were stored in the _cache folder. Some of them had special characters and caused problems with git syncing.
