Thanks for the changes.
I'm OK with the changes that resolve the linting errors, but I would prefer to keep this version of Pulse at 15.99.1, as that lines up with the actual version in the underlying 22.04 release.

This pull request updates the pulseaudio server from 15.99.1 to 17.0 for use on Ubuntu Core 22, along with updating co-dependencies alongside it.
The yaml updates also provide a clean bill of health for snapcraft linters, using snapcraft 8.05:
