We propose a logistics strategy that conducts the shipping service by crowdsourced drivers or riders and use smart lockers to send, receive, and transship packages. Our framework will calculate the best one or multi-hop shipping plan that matches the best crowds and shipping requests while satisfying the time window and detour constraints.
