A Bash script created in response to packages.sury.org's Russian geo-blocking (July 2024). Bypasses IP restrictions using OpenVPN with split-tunneling, supporting both Debian and RHEL-based systems. Works in both host systems and Docker containers, automating VPN setup, split-tunneling, and Sury repository installation for Debian-based systems.
